Abstract Submission Guidelines
We invite researchers, alumni, and students to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Submissions should align with the conference themes, particularly focusing on physical chemistry, surface chemistry, and the evolution of colloidal science in materials, energy, environmental, and biomedical applications.
1. General Formatting

Word Limit: The abstract text must not exceed [250 / 300] words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Language: All abstracts must be written and presented in English.

Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with single spacing.

Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 keywords at the bottom of the abstract.
2. Structure of the Abstract

Title: Bold, centered, and concise. Capitalize the first letter of each major word.

Authors: List all authors’ full names. Underline the name of the presenting author.

Affiliations: Include the department, institution, city, country, and a contact email address for the corresponding author.

Body: The abstract should be a single paragraph that clearly outlines the research background, methodology, key results, and conclusion. Do not include figures, tables, or references.
3. Submission Process and Deadlines

Submission Method: All submissions must be completed exclusively through the official conference website at this link. Submissions via email will not be accepted.
