Poster Submission and Presentation Guidelines
The poster session is a highly interactive component of the conference, designed to foster scholarly exchange and intellectual curiosity in the spirit of the late Professor Nawab’s mentorship. Presenters must submit a digital version of their poster prior to the event for final review.
1. Poster Dimensions & Page Setup
All poster presentations at MANICC 2026 must adhere strictly to the standard A0 portrait layout. Use the attached template. Use PowerPoint or design software:
- Format / Size: Standard A0 Portrait (84.1 cm W × 118.9 cm H; 33.11 in W × 46.81 in H).
- Orientation: Portrait mode only.
- Safety Margins: Keep all crucial text, logos, and figures at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) away from outer edges to prevent printing loss.
- File Format for Printing: Authors are requested to save and export the final poster as a high-resolution PDF file suitable for professional printing before submission.
- Poster Submission: The final poster must be submitted in PDF format only through the designated submission portal.

3. Important Notes for Poster Submission
- Mandatory Submission: Authors must submit the final poster through the designated conference website portal to confirm participation in the poster session and for final acceptance.
- Submission Deadline: The final poster must be submitted by 02 November 2026. Late submissions may not be considered for final acceptance.
- Prescribed Template: Authors must strictly follow the official MANICC 2026 poster template and prescribed format. Posters that do not comply with the prescribed format may not be considered for acceptance or award evaluation.
- File Format: The final poster must be submitted in PDF or high-resolution JPG format through the designated online submission portal.
- Physical Poster: The printed poster must be A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm), portrait orientation. Oversized or landscape-format posters will not be accepted/displayed.
- Award Eligibility: Only posters that comply with the specified format and submission requirements will be considered for the Best Poster Award.
- Final Acceptance: Final acceptance will be communicated on 05 November 2026, following review of the submitted poster.
