How to Submit All submissions must be completed exclusively through our website portal. Submissions via email will not be accepted.
- Abstracts: Must be submitted as a PDF document (
.pdf). Maximum of 300 words. - Digital Posters: Must be submitted as a PDF or high-resolution JPG.
Critical Deadlines to Remember:
- 05 October 2026: Abstract Submission Deadline
- 20 October 2026: Provisional Acceptance Notification
- 02 November 2026: Poster Submission Deadline (Required for final acceptance)
- 05 November 2026: Final Acceptance Notification
Please ensure your physical posters for the event are printed in portrait orientation at standard A0 size (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm).
